Menu for Thursday, September 9th

This week's Food Subscription/Community Supported Kitchen (CSK) Menu:

3x5” Lasagna layered with Pistachio Pesto, Almond Ricotta, Heirloom Tomatoes, Zucchini, & Fresh Basil…Served with sides of Zingy Marinara & Cream ($9)
6oz. Herbed Cheeze (Brazil nut base) ($7)
6oz. Italian Plum Vinaigrette ($6)
Garlic Rosemary Crackers ($9)
Marionberry Cheesecake ($7)

Add-on/Substition option: Italian Herb Kale Chips ($7)
Add-on Option: (2) Sunshine Wraps ($5)

The cost for the full menu is $35 per week, or $100 for subscribing for three weeks. The menu items can also be ordered a la carte. The food is prepared fresh every Thursday morning, and can be picked up at our kitchen in close-in SE Portland from 12-3pm, with delivery available as well. We ask that all order be in by 8pm on Monday, September 6th. We will be posting the following week's menu soon!
