Menu for Thursday, October 28th


Hello All!
The menu for this coming Thursday is going to be as follows:

7oz. Cucumber and Zucchini Lasagna layered with Almond Ricotta and Pistachio Pesto…served with “Parmesan” and a Zippy Marinara ($9)
8oz. Creamy Thyme Dressing ($7)
7oz. “Scarborough Fair” Cheese  ($7)
25-30 Tomato-Basil Crackers ($9)
Fig-Marionberry Cheesecake ($7)

Order/Add-on/Substitution Options:
2 Sunshine Wraps ($6)
Tomato & Italian Herb Kale Chips ($7)
4 brownie bites ($6)

This menu can be ordered a la carte, as well as in a full menu: The cost for the menu is $35, and can be further reduced by becoming a Subscriber to our  CSK (Community Supported Kitchen) and ordering 3 weeks at a time for $100.  We are also offering a thank-you gift this week if you order the 3-week subscription...please see the next posting for more info!

You can pick up your food each Thursday at our commercial kitchen in SE Portland, and we also offer bike delivery service from 3-6pm in the close-in Portland area ($5), and car delivery for more distant areas ($5-7)
