The New Leaf Dinner at Portobello!

The New Leaf will be preparing a 3-course Dinner to be served at
Portobello Vegan Trattoria 
(1125 SE Division, Portland 97214)
The menu will be as follows:

appetizer: Cream of Celery Soup with Rosemary-Thyme Crackers
entrée: Marinated Local Asparagus, Onion Rings, and
Sunburgers served in Baby Lettuce & All the Fixin's
dessert: Chocolate and Strawberry Mousse Torte
served with fresh berries & coconut cream
beverage: Eva’s Uplift Herbucha with Fresh Pineapple Juice
The meal will be Organic, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free**, & Raw-Vegan.
Locally Sourced where possible -
Oh yes, and Deliciously prepared with Love.

* Brazil nuts will be in the cheese on the main plate (the rest will be seed-based), a small amount of Pistachios will be in the soup, & Almonds, Coconut, & Cashews will be used in the dessert –
** A small amount of organic soy-lecithin will be used in the Strawberry Mousse
if you have nut allergies,  please let us know and we may be able to accommodate you with a substitution.
