The New Leaf opened at the Beaverton Farmer's Market on Saturday, June 13th, and of course was the little cart that could and won the hearts and tummies of many a happy customer!
We continued our frenzied salad sharing at the Hillsboro Farmer's Market on Tuesday and People's Co-op Market on Wednesday - we met lovely people, learned lots, and laughed more!
Check out the menu below - it took a couple of days to refine, but by the time People's rolled around, we had it figured out!

Sweet pepper, Spiralized Beets, Celery, Sunflower Seeds on a bed of greens with a homemade Lemon-Tahini Dressing and Raw flaxseed cracker.
Curry Me Delicious
Chopped Almonds, Dried Apricots, and Peaches on greens served with homemade Orange-Cinnamon Curry Dressing and Raw flaxseed cracker.
Cucumbers, Zucchini, Cashews, and Zante currants on greens served with Gabrielle’s Basil Honey-Mustard Dressing and Raw flaxseed cracker.
