these carrots are so beautiful! They're from Groundworks Farm via People's Co-op...and they give beautiful color and crunch to the sunshine wraps, which, by the way, were a total hit at the Beaverton FM...the Hazelnut wraps sold out, and I only had a couple of the Sunflower-Seed wraps left over...yahoo! Thinking about trying a new flavor using a zucchini hummus...next week?
